The Spanish have a saying, “ You can never forgive, only forget.”
It’s been a lifetime and I still don’t know if that applies to anything. It’s tempting to believe though.
What I do know,: it’s hard to love (befriend, put up with, etc on down the line) someone who openly Doesn’t Think Like You.
Not a sin to think differently.. Forgive, forget—whatever it takes, life’s hard enough.
