Thanks Warren. The state has very strict requirements for the ingrediants for the food served in prisons. All I know is they were damn good.

I called the owner of the market to verify my facts and he told me Amoroso Meats was bought out years ago.

He offered a box of the new meatballs he's selling to try them out. He's owned the market for 47 years.
