Mr Pam is worth his weight in gold. Not only is he handy but he able to have his family enjoy the fruits of his labor.
Before retiring, I was constantly looking for men and women who had practical knowledge in house fixing/keeping matters.
All the young people seemed to want to work in the newly opened Apple Stores :).
