Liked your post a lot. I’ve been in da business for over 40 years:

1 I’ve always had a modest car. I theorized early on that if someone finds paying rent difficult one month, he doesn’t want to see the collector of his stretched funds drive up in a BMW.
2 Everybody has priorities, many have different priorities then we, as owner managers do.
Love it or hate it, real estate ain’t for the faint of heart as you point out in you post.
