Interesting article especially because where I live Philadelphia, Pa USA ,license and inspection is now requiring all houses in many districts to do away with 1st floor garages because they want windows on the ground floor for esthetic reasons.. Not being able to have parking diminishes the value of the houses being built because parking is difficult to find and/or expensive. Maybe garage doors with windows is the answer.
