I’m suspicious of bureaucratic non-profits and the portion of my donation allotted to salaries and expenses.
Other than religious organizations where I contribute as much as I can with volunteer work and pledging:
I’d prefer to leave large tips for struggling college kid waiters and working people who count on direct gratuities for the work they do.
