I have tinnitus in both ears. Have for over 30 years. The world is never quiet for me.
I struggled in the beginning.
I met a very successful friend I hadn’t seen in years, read about him in the papers, but we’d not conversed.
In our brief conversation the subject of my tinnitus somehow came up. He said he had it too.
I asked him how he thinks his came about and he replied,”Isn’t that the way it should be?” Obviously he was at peace.
That helped me to live with mine.
