I agree with you Pam. The foreign productions deal with human relationships and mature themes whereas domestic productions have sold out to violence and mayhem.

An added feature, I like the music in foreign productions better too. The BBC doesn't turn out a boring movie.

I do love Successions though. It's about an Australian family though :)
