I enjoyed your article on the lack of wisdom in real estate investing. Clapped vociferously.

I must add, however, that real estate investing has always been good to me. Been in it 40 years, just retired. Takes a certain temperment because it truly is a "people business". Please read my Real Estate Man stories on Medium.
