When I was younger I ate only meat, I would have tried some form of it as I’ve only had one meal a day pretty much all my adult life.
I’ve been so propagandized to eat fiber and the importance of veggies and fruit that my one meal uses meat more like a condiment. I’ve accepted vegetables, fruits and now I think I like them and their effects in my constitution more than meat.
Each has to find his own nutritional needs but should be armed with nutritional knowledge.
Posts like yours are enlightening and add to the bank of information.
