I don't know what goes on in a woman's mind and can only imagine with what the masculine mind with which I was endowed.

Both genders have tremendous strengths (and weaknesses). The measure of successful corporate communication is elastic enough for both men and women to reach their goals without changing behaivor that is natural to their gender.
