Confessions of Real Estate Man

Throughout my career in the real estate business whenever discussing my profession with colleagues, more than often there’s that time when the palm of the hand smacks the forehead and someone invariably says, “If I wrote a book about this (or that), no one would believe it!”

It’s said that every building contains many stories. I look at the property as the binding front and back cover of the book. The inhabitants, the narrative. “Confessions of Real Estate Man” is a series of stories that have taken place in the properties with which I’ve been associated. Every tale stands on its own but all related by virtue of showing how crazy and flawed we all are.

Included are pictures of the buildings and the short stories of specific episodes that happened in each.

Well, after 40+ years of experiencing, “this and that” I’m writing the book. Now it’s up to you to believe it or not.
